The Trilhos dos Abutres Organization has put together some questions that have most often come to us via email and / or social networks, and provided answers so that you can consult and clarify questions about pre-registrations, entries, national championship, among others.

 

❓WHERE DO I MAKE MY PRE-REGISTRATION / REGISTRATION?

❓WHAT DO I DO IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE THE PRE-REGISTRATION / REGISTRATION PROOF?
👉 You must re-enter the registration platform and confirm that you are already subscribed.

 

❓I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NATIONAL TRAIL CHAMPIONSHIP ULTRA 2020 WHAT SHOULD I DO?
👉 You must do the pre-registration in the race, respecting the deadline. More info here:

 

❓I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ULTRA 2020 NATIONAL TRAIL CHAMPIONSHIP BUT I DON’T KNOW IF I GATHER THE PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS?
👉 You must do the pre-registration in the race, respecting the deadline. If you gather the conditions of participation on January 1, 2020, you will receive a voucher that allows you to sign up.

 

❓I AM PRE-REGISTERED IN THE UTA BUT I DO NOT GATHER THE CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ULTRA 2020 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
👉 Participation in the National Trail Ultra 2020 Championship is subject to ranking. If you do not have a ranking, participation in UTA is subject to the draw.

 

❓DOES THE MTA (21KM) RACE HAVE A DRAW?
👉 No, this race has direct entry, and payment must be made at the time of registration.

 

❓ I APPLIED TO THE TRIAL 21KM, BUT IN REALITY I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN UTA / TA. HOW CAN I DO IT?
👉 There are no exchanges between races.

 

❓WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE VOUCHER?
👉 The voucher is valid for 3 days.

 

❓WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE ATM REFERENCES?
👉 The ATM reference is valid for 72 hours.

 

❓I LOSE THE ATM REFERENCE TERM.
👉 No new references are generated.

 

❓WHAT DOES EXTRA BUS MEAN WHEN I PRE-REGISTER?
👉 BUS is the new Escort KIT designation. This allows the companion to have access to the buses to make the routes of the supplies and show areas.

 

❓IS THE EVENT PROGRAM ALREADY OUT?

❓CAN I GO WATCH THE RACE?
👉 Yes, there are several show venues, with the Srª da Piedade staircase being the most iconic. This year we will prepare some surprises for the public! We want to make history again!
