BERG OUTDOOR: MAIN SPONSOR OF THE 2014 TRAIL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Organized by the Trilhos dos Abutres, the Trail Running World Championship 2019, taking place in Portugal on 8 June, is supported by Berg as the main sponsor.

Between June 7 and 9, 2019, the world championship of trail running will be played on Portuguese soil. Top athletes and mountain top athletes will cut the goal of the Trail World Championships 2019 in Miranda do Corvo in the region of Coimbra. A choice that has nothing to chance. After all, it is there that you cross the Trilhos dos Abutres, the circuit known for the hardness of its paths and the sweeping landscapes of the Serra da Lousã. The Associação Abutrica will co-organize this planetary event, in collaboration with the Federação Portuguesa de Atletismo and the Associação Portuguesa de Trail Running, and the International Association of Ultra Runners and the International Trail Running Association.

Berg Outdoor joins the event as the main sponsor of the Trail Running World Championship, the world’s premier ultramarathon mountain event that brings to Portugal selections from more than 55 countries and will mobilize more than 500 athletes.
